The Company-level Project Status Snapshots tool simplifies how your team monitors and reviews project status snapshots of budgets for all your company's projects. This tool offers central access to these snapshots, removing the need to store them separately. Company Admins manage access using Procore's company permission templates in the Company Admin tool.

With Project Status Snapshots, users can: Store project status snapshots for standard and custom budget views across all Procore projects.  Manage the approval status of project status snapshots for formal budget reviews. Configure columns and apply filters to analyze snapshot lists.  Export project snapshot lists.
