¿Por qué no puedo iniciar sesión en Finanzas de portafolio y Planificación del capital?

Contexto

A partir del 23 de marzo de 2020, si tiene acceso a Finanzas de portafolio and Planificación del capital (anteriormente conocido como Honest Buildings) e intenta iniciar sesión desde la página de inicio de sesión original, se lo redirigirá a una nueva página de inicio de sesión combinada de Procore.

This unified login experience allows users who are associated with both Portfolio Financials and Capital Planning and additional Procore products (such as Project Management) to access all Procore Web products available to them, without needing to log in separately. 

Respuesta

The following scenarios are possible:

  • If you previously set up a Procore password, you must use your Procore password to access all accounts and products (including Portfolio Financials and Capital Planning, formerly Honest Buildings).

  • If you have never set up a Procore password (for example, you have only used Portfolio Financials and Capital Planning, formerly Honest Buildings), you can use your original Honest Buildings credentials to log into Procore. There is no need to change your password or create a new one. However, if you are still having trouble logging, you can reset your password by clicking the link on the Procore login page.
