Objetivo

Agregue un ítem a una reunión usando la aplicación Procore en un dispositivo móvil Android.

Fondo

A Meeting Item (also called an 'agenda item') is a single, distinct topic on a meeting agenda. If you are facilitating a meeting using the Project level Meetings tool, you can add meeting items to any meeting that you create. 

Aspectos a tener en cuenta

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Meetings tool.
      OR
    • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Meetings tool with the 'Manage Meeting Items' granular permission enabled on your permissions template.
  • Additional Information:
    • You can create meeting categories to organize your meeting items.
    • Email notifications are not sent to the assignee of a meeting item. However, the item will appear on their My Open Items list on the project's Home page. See View My Open Items in the Portfolio Tool.
    • The 'Meeting Origin' column reflects the 'Meeting #' the item was created in.

Pasos

  1. Navegue a la herramienta Reuniones usando la aplicación Procore en un dispositivo móvil Android.
  2. Toque la reunión a la que desea agregar un ítem.
  3. Pulsa la pestaña Empresa.

  4. Toque + Agregar un ítem de reunión.
  5. Toque para ingresar información en los siguientes campos:
    • Título: Ingrese un título para el nuevo ítem.
    • Fecha: Utilice el calendario para establecer una fecha de vencimiento para el ítem.
    • Estado: Elija un estatus para el ítem. 
    • Categoría: Toque para seleccionar una categoría.
    • Accesorios: Toque para agregar un archivo adjunto desde su dispositivo o tomar una nueva foto con la cámara de su dispositivo.
    • Asignación: Toque para seleccionar una o más personas asignadas. 
    • Descripción: Ingrese una descripción para el ítem.
  6. Pulse Guardar.
