Objetivo

Eliminar tipos de respuesta personalizados en la herramienta Flujos de trabajo a nivel compañía. 

Fondo

The default response types within the Workflows tool are: Approve, Return, and Reject. When creating workflows templates, you may need to further define the phrasing of a response in a way that more accurately describes the meaning of the response. 

For example, you might need to add a response to a template that moves a workflow forward without labeling the response 'Approve'. In this case, you would create an 'Approve' response and give it a custom label other than 'Approve'. 

There is no functional difference between the individual response types of 'Approve', 'Return', and 'Reject'. However, types are useful for the organization of custom responses and for locating available responses when editing a step on a workflow template.

  • Permisos de usuario requeridos:
    •  Permisos de nivel "Administrador" en la herramienta Flujos de trabajo a nivel compañía.
  • Información adicional:
    • No puede eliminar las respuestas de flujo de trabajo que se incluyen en una plantilla de flujo de trabajo publicada o que están siendo utilizadas por un flujo de trabajo activo.

Pasos

  1. Navegue hasta la herramienta Flujos de trabajo a nivel compañía. 
  2. Haga clic en Configurar ajustes icon-settings-gear-android.png .
  3. En la sección etiquetada "Respuesta", busque la respuesta personalizada que desea eliminar.
  4. Haga clic en el icono icon-delete-trash.pngde la papelera .
  5. Haga clic en Eliminar para confirmar la eliminación de la respuesta.
