En el transcurso de un proyecto de construcción, hay una amplia variedad de razones que pueden requerir que cree una orden de cambio. Las órdenes de cambio también pueden ser iniciadas por una variedad de entidades, como la fuente de fondos de su proyecto, el propietario del proyecto, el contratista, subcontratista y más.

Ejemplos

1 Para realizar esta tarea como usuario con permisos de nivel "Estándar" en la herramienta Órdenes de cambio, debe ser el "Revisor designado" en la orden de cambio. Consulte Crear un orden de cambio del contrato.

2 Los usuarios con permisos de nivel "Administrador" en la herramienta Órdenes de cambio del proyecto deben tener permisos de herramienta adicionales: (1) Para editar una orden de cambio del contrato (OCC), permisos de nivel "Administrador" en la herramienta Contratos del proyecto y/o (2) para editar una orden de cambio de contrato primario (OCCP), permisos de nivel "Administrador" en la herramienta Contratos primarios del proyecto. Es posible que también se apliquen factores adicionales. Para obtener más información, consulte Editar una orden de cambio.  

3 Los usuarios con permisos de nivel "Solo lectura" o "Estándar" en la herramienta Órdenes de cambio del proyecto pueden ver órdenes de cambio para contratos que no están marcados como "Privados". Si un contrato está marcado como "Privado", los usuarios deben agregarse a la lista desplegable "Privado" en el contrato.

4 Los usuarios con permisos de nivel "Administrador" para la herramienta Órdenes de cambio del proyecto también pueden ver órdenes de cambio para contratos que no están marcados como "Privados". Si un contrato está marcado como "Privado", los usuarios deben (A) agregarse a la lista desplegable "Privado" en el contrato o (B) los permisos de nivel "Administrador" asignados en la herramienta Contratos o Contratos primarios.

Cambios recientes

Variaciones reclamables (11/10/2025)

Procore presenta la función de órdenes de cambio reclamables para todos los clientes. Esta función agrega un nuevo estatus "Pendiente - facturable" para las órdenes de cambio. Los contratistas de todas las regiones ahora pueden reconocer rápidamente las órdenes de cambio no aprobadas e incluir estos montos en sus facturas. La capacidad se desarrolló originalmente para ayudar a los contratistas de ANZ, CAN y UKI a cumplir con las leyes de pago locales. Las órdenes de cambio reclamables funcionan tanto con contratos como con contratos primarios, pero solo admiten órdenes de cambio de un solo nivel. Con esta función, el sistema actualiza automáticamente las facturas para agrupar los artículos por estatus de orden de cambio y mostrar claramente todas las variaciones facturadas en el resumen.

La columna Firma requerida ahora está disponible en la herramienta Órdenes de cambio (05/12/2025)

Procore agregó una columna de "Firma requerida" a la herramienta Órdenes de cambio. Cuando los usuarios vinculan su cuenta de DocuSign© a un proyecto de Procore, esta columna funciona igual que en el Contratos primarios pestaña, lo que elimina la necesidad de buscar en el historial de cambios pestaña un contrato o contrato primario determinar el estado de firma de la orden de cambio.
